Whole House Audio/Video

Whole house audio is distributed audio throughout the house utilizing individual volume controllers or source selectors in seperate rooms. Someone can be listening to a cd in the kitchen while someone else is listening to satellite music in the family room. There is no more need to "blast" the music from the entertainment center in the family room so you can hear it in the dining room during a formal dinner. One constant volume throughout the house while entertaining guests. The speakers are virtually hidden either in the ceiling or in the walls. The speaker covers are paintable so they can blend right in with the surrounding decor. Having video cameras can add to your safety. For example, a car pulls into your driveway and the sensor that is unseen picks up the car, turns on a camera to start recording to a recording device. One step further, it sends an email to you on your smartphone and you can look "realtime" and see who is in your driveway. Having a camera set up near your pool can allow for some convenience as well. If you have to make a sandwich while the kids are all in the pool, you can feel free to go to the kitchen and turn on the tv. There you have your own view of the pool on the kitchen television while making the sandwich.

Landscape Lighting (available in LED)

We are passionate about landscape lighting. RLI Electric is able to take your landscape or hardscape to the next level with our IllumiNIGHTing packages. Our landscape lighting systems are now available in energy saving, long-lasting LED options. We are also now accepting repairs and renovation to existing systems that need maintenance or refinement. We have the capability to provide a full demonstration on your residential or commercial property however, we are not just limited to the low voltage side of the work. Having a UNLIMITED electrical license allows us to work on the high voltage work as well. We can install or service the lamp posts down your driveway or on the top of your masonry columns.We have the ability to tie in your outdoor lighting with simple or sophisticated lighting controls. This allows you to control your landscape lighting from inside your house, from your smartphone or your car. The lighting controls of your landscape lighting allows your outdoor living space to truely become part of your home. From the initial concept to the final completion of the installation, one stop shopping for your lighting needs is what we can provide.
